Dame Margaret Barbour designed the Bedale with equestrian practices in mind, with a shorter length, relaxed fit, rear vents and an essential nylon inner ‘drip strip’ which ensured resistance to moisture from horses seeping into the jacket. Made from 6oz midweight waxed cotton and fully interactive, with optional zip-off thermal linings and hoods, the Bedale is a brilliant all-year-round jacket.
