In a perfect synergy of the two brands, the Barbour x Baracuta collaboration celebrates iconic Baracuta silhouettes and quintessentially British heritage, with deep-rooted Barbour DNA and classic functional features to finish. The Barbour x Baracuta Miller Half Zip Jumper may have a simple design, but the double-sided tartan pocket gives this piece its true DNA. Although Barbour is recognised as a North East brand, based in South Shields, its roots truly lie in the Scottish Borders, in Dumfries. Our classic tartan, which details the outer pocket of this wool and cotton jumper, comes from our Scottish heritage and is found in the lining and trims of some of our most iconic styles. The pocket lining on the Miller jumper features Baracuta’s Fraser Tartan, which has Scottish roots dating back to the 13th century. The rights of the 25th Chief of the Fraser family tartan of Lovat were granted to Baracuta in 1938 to give the last remaining and only Harrington jacket, G9. Together on this simple zip-up jumper, the two tartans tell a story of the heritage that binds these two brands together.
